Project Controls
We facilitate project planning sessions, merge project baseline plans, merge contractors’ forecast plans, and track your project's progress against the baseline schedule and budget. We identify real-time predictable outcomes for cost and schedule so that leadership can make informed decisions. We also provide you with regular weekly and monthly status reports per clients’ format, so that you can stay informed about the progress of your project.
Constructability
We review your project plans to ensure that they are constructible and identify safety risks, costs, and schedule opportunities. We also help you identify and resolve any constructability and logistic issues.
